Kim “KC” Campbell is a retired colonel who served in the Air Force for more than 20 years. She is a former fighter pilot, combat veteran, military spouse, and a Mom to two boys. Kim culminated her Air Force career as a senior military leader serving as a Group Commander, responsible for over 1,000 personnel across Central and South America. Most recently, Kim served as the Director ofthe Center for Character and Leadership Development at the Air Force Academy. After retiring from the Air Force, Kim decided to put her most important lessons learned on paper and is now the author of the bestselling book, Flying in the Face of Fear: A Fighter Pilot’s Lessons on Leading with Courage.
